- mol: moly mines increased offer for gulf alumina-mmi.ax
- Metro mining-participation in cash only option will be subject to total amount of cash consideration payable by moly under increased offer not exceeding a$42m
- Metro -on accepting moly's increased offer gulf shareholders can elect, in respect of all gulf shares held, to receive cash consideration of a$0.63 cash per share
- Has entered into a bridging loan agreement with greenstone resources, to fund cash consideration of its offer
