    • ANTICIPATES ISSUE SHOULD BE RECTIFIED WITHIN ABOUT 10 DAYS
    • INVESTIGATION INTO CAUSE OF FAILURE IS UNDERWAY
    • L8 SHAFT WILL REMAIN INOPERABLE UNTIL COMPONENTS ARE REPLACED
