I agree totally as share holders we must protect the company and our investment by investigate the process to stop a rouge person who is acting totally in an obvious vindictive, malevolent manor to attack the company and other share holder with that may be a view to destroy the company. If we need to contact the ACCC or the Takeover panel then we need to be doing this urgently.
These actions are I.M.P.O are meant to bleed us of funds. The thing is, it's his money as well and when it gets to this point some people are so take by revenge they develop a blind spot and the malevolent action's takes over.
It would appear we are dealing with a child that has been kicked out of the sand pit and is now having a tantrum
