I have just left the ASIC web site and I have found a form to report misconduct. This form I believe can be use to report misconduct of a company and or it's directors and I will be using this to voice my concerns about how my funds in the company BPH and the company name is being use in what appears to me to be a personal attack on Mec IMO for what may be a personal gain.

I would urge all the holders in Mec and Advanced energy to do the same we have to being this to an end as share holders as it would appear the company director is not able to do so.
