    Nov 24 (Reuters) - MEC Resources Ltd (MMR) :

    • Advises it has terminated consultancy agreement between Co, Trandcorp Pty Ltd and David Breeze
    • In accordance with the agreement Breeze is bound to resign as MD of the Co
    • In the interim, Goh Hock will take over Breeze's role
