Their duty as directors is to manage and protect the company. They said that there was no reason to question the NY factory. So they blindly ignored the fact that there were no sales and pretended perhaps that the company was achieving revenues?; And the costs of production? Did they ever question what was happening to the production or if it was real. Those are the sort of questions which will be asked. After which whether the directors are fit and proper persons. And could that and other questions seep into associated entities?
