After Poullas previously going after HC posters, imo it will be quite ironic if - as part of ASIC’s litigation and the process of discovery - the regulator indirectly uncovers (or even directly subpoenas HC or communications providers for) the usernames & IP addresses relating to social media posts that were defending the Co and/or pumping this stock during the whole tawdry affair.
