Insiders maintaining heavy short positions close to 10% of the equity for coming on two months now, apparently knowing well in advance the 'watch this space' talk from Oren was mostly hot air.
Same deal with the heavy shorting up to the delisting: prescient insider knowledge took advantage of how retail was yet to be made aware it was going to be gutted.
Some despicable people associated with this company appear to be feeding out information to inside traders and retail appear to be nothing but marks.

But the big question for retail right now is: what do the shorts know that has not yet been disclosed to retail?
Surely not another delisting or yet another capital raising 'we do not need'. It is an upcoming lawsuit and loss of IP? Or just a pretence to have a viable business whilst pockets are stuffed.

Imagine paying a team of BBQ salesmen +$800k a year each to sell on average 50 bbq's a month and not even have the stock on hand to cover that. The market cap in salaries every year and management will not blink.
