They won't come back to the ASX. The hidden reason for the delist was not 'cost saving' IMO; It was that they are restricted to only issuing 15%+10% of the issue every year in Australia and on the Nasdaq it is open slather: hence appl to raise $50m with no reason provided! They need to raise the market cap every year now (+100% issue) just for salaries given the long standing lack of innovation that the market wants, and hence : lack of significant sales. A return for retail is not on the cards as far as I can see, but I expect the returns for management will continue until they are set to retire. In reality I reckon they may be able to milk it for another 10 years and should all be very well set up by 60.
Hence I now expect that any SP rise over there will see them undercut for more money for management fees.
It's appalling to have a publicly listed company that carries on like this, but perfectly legal.
