    June 9 (Reuters) - Magnum Gas & Power Ltd (MPE) :

    • Magnum executes non binding gas supply mou (MPE)
    • Announce that Magnum has signed a further memorandum of understanding with Sky Blue Capital Proprietary Limited
    • Magnum and Sky Blue intend to enter into a more definitive agreement prior to November 1, 2016
