Agree with you there.
The IT teams in companies are not at the forefront of how the technology deployed within their companies works - that's the products that they buy / subscribe to. And there are always smart people who try to pull it apart (and do).
As for scale, TBC. Release previously was the ahm and overseas systems, not Medibank's.
Looking at annual report, ahm is about 25% of their policies. No idea what the overseas is
