    so the Takeover Panel effectively says whilst technically not associates that it is dodgy because of Bolton and Patton being involved with both entities.

    The man on the street can see it is dodgy. Now be interesting to see what orders are issued.

    Hopefully MPO can escape the clutches of Bolton, Patton and Khan.
