This is an enormous scandal for Macquarie Group.
ASIC and the other regulators should go over Macquarie Group with a fine tooth comb.
How can MQG have such a terrible attitude due to compliance risk and governance?
ASIC seems nothing like the SEC here in America.
How is MQG still operating without significant fines and penalties?
The MQG Board of Directors and executives need to be heavily investigated.
