When the last CEO left I calculated that they would run on the momentum of past performance for a while and then decline until the value was basically the MAM division. I'd love to own that part by itself, i don't think they know how to do the other parts well anymore in such a low interest world. Anyway, just my 2c. I'm not a down ramper in that i hope I'm wrong and you all do very well from it but just my thoughts to add a different perspective.
Companies often do very well for ages due to structural tailwinds or particular leadership and it's important to differentiate those from the truly excellent who perform regardless of what's happening in the cycle .... MIN, APT, old-school MQG etc.
