June 14 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Wednesday:

		** Shares of NextDecade  NEXT.O  jumped more than 30% in 
premarket trading after French energy major TotalEnergies 

TTEF.PA said it would buy 17.5% of the U.S. liquefied natural gas developer for $219 million

		** French aerospace engine maker Safran SA  SAF.PA  is 
nearing an approximately $1.8 billion deal to acquire a Raytheon 

Technologies Corp RTX.N unit that makes flight controls for aircraft, helicopters and missiles, according to a person familiar with the matter

		** Vodafone  VOD.L  and CK Hutchison  0001.HK  finally 
unveiled the 15 billion pound ($19 billion) merger of their 

British mobile operations, saying the creation of a new market leader would drive competition and investment in the country

		** Shares of Ladbrokes owner Entain  ENT.L  fell to the 
bottom of the London blue-chip index  .FTSE  after the company 

announced it was buying Poland-based sports betting operator STS Holdings STH1.WA

** The Dutch competition regulator ACM said it had approved insurer ASR's ASRNL.AS takeover of the Dutch operations of its competitor Aegon AEGN.AS

** Zurich Insurance Group ZURN.S is in talks to buy up to 51% of India's Kotak General Insurance, two sources with direct knowledge of the matter said, a deal that would mark its first major bet on the fast-growing South Asian insurance market

** Shares in Spanish pharmaceutical Grifols GRLS.MC soared morning after it disclosed a plan to reduce its stake in Shanghai RAAS 002252.SZ in a deal that would bring in $1.5 billion

** French business leaders Xavier Niel, Matthieu Pigasse and Moez-Alexandre Zouari have expressed an interest in bidding up to 1.1 billion euros ($1.2 billion) for Casino, potentially offering an alternative lifeline for the indebted French supermarket group

** Belgian water management group Aliaxis BE0941243520.BR said it had withdrawn its offer for Finland's Uponor UPONOR.HE , leaving Switzerland's Georg Fischer GF.S (GF) as the sole bidder

** A U.S. judge late on Tuesday granted the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) request to temporarily block Microsoft Corp's MSFT.O acquisition of video game maker Activision Blizzard ATVI.O and set a hearing next week

** The asset management arm of Australian bank Macquarie Group Limited (MQG) has bought a majority stake in waste management firm Coastal Waste & Recycling, the bank said on Tuesday

** Argentina's competition bureau has not yet received formal notification of the merger between U.S. grains merchant Bunge BG.N and Glencore-backed GLEN.L Viterra to create a $34 billion agricultural trading giant, a government source said
