		** Shares of NextDecade  NEXT.O  jumped more than 30% in 
premarket trading after French energy major TotalEnergies 

TTEF.PA said it would buy 17.5% of the U.S. liquefied natural gas developer for $219 million

		** French aerospace engine maker Safran SA  SAF.PA  is 
nearing an approximately $1.8 billion deal to acquire a Raytheon 

Technologies Corp RTX.N unit that makes flight controls for aircraft, helicopters and missiles, according to a person familiar with the matter

		** Vodafone  VOD.L  and CK Hutchison  0001.HK  finally 
unveiled the 15 billion pound ($19 billion) merger of their 

British mobile operations, saying the creation of a new market leader would drive competition and investment in the country

		** Shares of Ladbrokes owner Entain  ENT.L  fell to the 
bottom of the London blue-chip index  .FTSE  after the company 

announced it was buying Poland-based sports betting operator STS Holdings STH1.WA

** The Dutch competition regulator ACM said it had approved insurer ASR's ASRNL.AS takeover of the Dutch operations of its competitor Aegon AEGN.AS
