June 17 (Reuters) - Australia's Macquarie Group (MQG) said on Monday that a consortium led by its asset management arm has agreed to divest a 37.5% stake in an offshore wind farm in the UK to Norges Bank Investment Management for about 330 million pounds ($418.2 million).
