ROME, Feb 26 (Reuters) - Atlantia ATL.MI investor Spinecap has urged the Italian infrastructure group to "categorically reject" any offer for its motorway business valuing Autostrade per l'Italia less than 12.5 billion euros ($15 billion), a Spinecap source told Reuters on Friday.
Spinecap holds a minority stake in Atlantia.
