Not meaning to be dismissive but after seeing various companies raise Capital at the lows I quite like a company putting on 30%+ in the share price and then raising a bit of Capital.
They've managed to convince instos to part with $1.5B near their highs and based on their track record I trust them to put the funds to good use. Little more than that.
