most City based ag business can’t make money , why too many over heads , as a farmer if didn’t get in and have a crack the work would get done slower and a farmer knows best am be doing it for 40 yrs now 60 , L could go on . Or by the way my gross Tax income return on cap farm and Machinery is 2.5 pe and my net result is 12 pe my farm is on the market google Hine vegetables but this farm , a city based Firm could make great money for investors
