poor execution I think in an illiquid stock that doesn't have a big following, suspect someone sitting on an order just capping it daily... if they can't find people to cross too then will
create a ceiling. maybe some rogue algos, if using POV instruction will sell through levels without thinking if no price cap. Remember some funds that have been there from the lows / turn around of the biz will be sitting on gains, reallocating portfolios, rightly or wrongly.

can't see much negative read through from names off shore. it is a messy name to get your head around... needs another few quarters of similar results to get more funds interested imo.
