    Aug 3 (Reuters) - MacPhersons Resources Ltd (MRP) :

    • Sale of coolgardie gold assets for A$10M
    • Macphersons Resources to sell its 100% owned coolgardie gold assets for A$10M
    • Agreement will be satisfied by A$5M in cash
    • A$5M of deal comprise of 40 million Primary ordinary shares with an issue price of 12.5 cents per share
    • Macphersons resources ltd mrp.ax -co entered binding heads of agreement with Primary Gold Limited
