"Was reading a few posts another forum how they think it would be beneficial if msb only listed in US as it would give it more exposure & perhaps help lift its current volume. Say if this did happen will it be a negative here or positive, cheers"

If MSB could somehow pull its Australian listing, what about its long-term Australian domiciled shareholders who have been loyally following and supporting the company for many years, but whose investment mandates preclude them from investing in securities listed offshore?

How happy would they feel about that, do you think?

And what would they do with their holdings?

Even if the company structured things so that the Australia-domiciled stock was fully fungible with the NASDAQ traded stock, it would still require forced selling of stock in cases, and nobody - other than legal beagles who would get the smell of fees in their flared nostrils - would like the sound of that.
