IMO and in plain language, nothing to you as ASX shareholder. As posted yesterday it’s like moving your stock to another shop to get ready to sell in the future. Where it will I believe help is the greater liquidity offered on the Nasdaq (more buyers and sellers) also from memory if we are to be included in some tracker indices, then a certain value is required. So if we raise money on good news by actually putting these on the market, we may qualify with this an a rising share price to be included in these indices. That will enhance the share price as well.
Why did they do it? Well I expect the management believe in the data. The data IMO show a great future. Their communication maybe crap, but the data will be the only communication that matters.
