Why should that necessarily be the question any more than, say, have holders of MSB sold any stock lately? Or, for that matter, the question of whether non-holders have bought any stock lately.

Why are non-holders that are active in a stock (either selling or buying) of any greater significance than holders of stock being active in a stock (again, in either buying or selling direction).

Both groups are merely market participants buying and selling stock are various points in time, are they not?
