A CR on the horizon is a godsend to long term holders who have more funds to invest, it can only depress the SP and then more than likely shares will be offered at a discount to that depressed price .
Yes the the value per share is diluted , but that's not a considerable problem if you are a long term holder with a strong belief in the future of the company .
Who cares 4 months , 9 months - or maybe never and a deal gets done SP rockets and the potential funds has to sit for another opportunity , while Msb goes ballistic .
