Why has the placement to Riva not been completed and an Appendix3B released.
It was announced to the market as "Placement to Cornerstone Strategic Investor...."
Typically such announcements highlight a completed transaction...not that a transaction is being contemplated.
They have already "subscribed" according to April 18th annoumcent
This was seperate piece of business to the HoA for Megastar India
