Surely that is *selling* - all trades today are at 0.3c dropping onto those waiting there in the queue.
For *buying*, they would have to reach up and takes bites at 0.4c (none of that happening so far today).
For every seller there is a buyer, but maybe they just didn't get out of the way fast enough...
