    Jan 27 (Reuters) - Mount Burgess Mining NL (MTB) :

    • Ministry for minerals energy and water resources (mmewr) Botswana advised the company's representative in Botswana
    • Advised it had granted Mount Burgess Botswana) (proprietary) a prospecting licence, pl 043/2016 over the kihabe zn/pb/ag project
    • Says company and mbb will withdraw from litigation with respect to the rejection of the application for extension of pl 69/2003
