Sure it can happen. So that means the large AND small shareholders suffered a 95% loss on their holdings with 3 bn SOI.
No one is in incentivised to wipe out their own equity like this.
This is simply the tough reality of funding small caps with equity, we are not producing an income to pay off debt liabilities.
