Complementary business but does that mean we can expect another Capital Raise? My initial reaction is that maybe the price is a little on the high side, seems to be giving the sellers too much of any upside given the risks inherent in trying to gain any synergies by bringing it too quickly within the IGA umbrella.
Can't imagine they're likely to want to stretch the balance sheet too far. They stretched themselves a few years back, struggled for Capital and the shares ended up near $1.
