A few years ago? Near $1? Not in my memory banks. During Covid, similar to many public companies, it did do a capital raising but I can't remember the price.
Irrespectively, I reckon the Board has a good grasp of capital management particularly debt/equity ratios. Bearing in mind a dividend payout ratio of circa 70% there is potential to use a mixture of debt and equity plus the EPS generated from the purchase the target. Given that the Board has made a good first of digesting other businesses I reckon they have good form. Here's hoping that they bring their A game to negotiations. Cheers Keith
