    Feb 5 (Reuters) - M2 Group Ltd (MTU) :

    • Supreme court of Victoria approves scheme of arrangement (MTU)
    • Says supreme court of Victoria today made orders approving the merger of Vocus Communications Limited and M2 Group Ltd via an M2 scheme of arrangement
    • Implementation date is expected to be 22 February 2016
