News: MTU M2 Group shareholders vote in favour of scheme of arrangement with Vocus Communications

Jan 28 (Reuters) - M2 Group Ltd (MTU) :

• Shareholders vote in favour of scheme of arrangement (MTU)
• Says 96.30% of holders who voted, representing 99.69% of votes cast, were in

  favour of the resolution

• Says approved the proposed merger between M2 and Vocus Communications Limited
• The scheme of arrangement approved by m2's shareholders will see Vocus

  acquire all of the shares of M2, as part of the merger

• If scheme is approved by court, M2 shareholders will be entitled to receive

  1.625 shares in Vocus for each M2 share held on scheme record date

• Says scheme remains subject to the second court hearing, the date for which

  has been set for Friday 5th February 2016
