    Jan 29 (Reuters) - Mui Corporation Ltd (MUI) :

    • Execution of share exchange agreement (MUI)
    • Parties have executed a formal share exchange agreement in respect of the

      acquisition of skyland petroleum group limited

    • In addition, Mui will seek to issue 140mln shares (post consolidation) at an

      issue price of AUD0.10 per share to raise A$14 million
