re: News: Murchison Metals to merge with Merc... Size should help. If they managed to convince all MMX shareholders to accept scrip that would push it above $50 mill. That would make it larger than SNC and WAA. Still smaller than TOP which is around $80 mill. I figure these 3 are useful comparisons is they could be described as activist funds at least to some extent. WAA and TOP trade at very large premiums to NTA. SNC is at a premium if you adjust for option dilution down the track.
MVT continues to trade at a discount yet look at the performance of its investments.
