If it's a sinking ship continuous disclosure hasn't been given of a detrimental changes in the business that I'm aware of. If anyone else is please contribute to the thread. That said nothing has been released to get you excited about this stock and maybe a change in the top can fuel some growth and interest. I too have been hoping for a takeover that will be at a big premium to get out from being down on this investment. At 12x Pe a bit of growth could hopefully get this stock price moving up fast. Given current gearing how expensive would it be to get that growth and be earnings accredative. Can MVF diversify into other services using its existing ability and finances? I don't see why the share price got such a drop today. Managers come and go unless they are setting things on fire who cares if they go. MVF share price definitely not on fire.
