All the orders appear to have been wiped now.

I have a question about this sentence: "The Company requests that the voluntary suspension remain in place until the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 27 October 2016 or when the contract announcement is released to the market."

Does that mean that the suspension is in place until either of the two conditions are met, or until both the conditions are met?  Or to put another way: will MWR still be suspended when trading opens today if there has not yet been an announcement, or will it remain suspended until the announcement is made?
