Investors are notoriously impatient with companies developing new technology. There's a tendency to go from hey, that sounds like a wonderful idea to hey, why isn't anything happening in a very short space of time.
But I suspect they have missed the boat somewhat with the mini xray machine and others have got out there and sold products already, which although they may be technically inferior, were nevertheless out there and did the job. I remember seeing a program with a vet using a portable machine maybe 18 months ago.
