The medical market is notoriously hard to crack. I'm sure MX1 isn't purposely holding back sales.
Peter mentioned previously an example where the US military have 7 year procurement cycles which they missed a few years ago, and even though there was a lot of interest, they couldn't buy.
Id say the best chance for serious money is the airport scanners and the bomb robot units.
