Management could take a big pay cut!!!
To me it appears us shareholders are going to cop the brunt of this. I read it as 'you shareholders didnt give us more funds to do what we want to do nor live our director lifestyle, so we're now going to stick it to yous'.
What do you think they will do? A 1000:1 share consolidation to begin with? Then give half the shares over to a financier on more than favourable terms whilst still maintaining generous director fees?
