    July 5 (Reuters) - Maximus Resources Ltd (MXR)

    • Toll milling agreement for Burbanks Mill
    • Says commissioning of burbanks gold treatment plant due to commence in second half of July, following signing of toll treatment agreement
    • Agreement with Empire Resources for supply of up to 150,000 tonne (+/- 20%) of ore from penny's find gold project to Burbanks Treatment Plant
