    March 10 (Reuters) - Maximus Resources Ltd (MXR) :

    • Reached an agreement with Ramelius regarding deferred payment schedule for acquisition of Burbanks gold processing facility
    • Has been agreed by both parties to extend deferred acquisition payment of $1 million to 4 quarterly payments
    • "revised payment schedule minimises maximus' immediate cash drawdown"
    • Full refurbishment of Burbanks facility to be completed within weeks
