    • KKR HAS REVISED OFFER PRICE TO $3.40 PER SHARE FOR MYOB GROUP
    • BOARD HAS INFORMED KKR THAT IT IS NOT IN A POSITION TO RECOMMEND REVISED PROPOSAL HOWEVER REMAINS IN DISCUSSIONS WITH KKR
