Agree with the PMV vote strategy but would not support a PMV nomination for the board. Lew has serious conflicts as a direct competitor and major supplier to Myer, none of which is addressed in his letter to shareholders.
At this point Lew is starting to look petulant and entitled not someone that is presenting a constructive and credible alternative. Buy it or bugger off Lew I say......
