Agreed, i generally don,t vote with my investments as i usually don,t hold stock where i am not happy with management.
Very dissapointed in myself getting stuck with MYR as is but a hell of a lot more with managment and their performance under the new strategy.
Sure as hell i can,t justify agreeing to high renumerations and bonuses.
It,s ok to vote no.
