He may well be getting ready to drive it down to take over, however if he gets control of the board you know full well in the longterm this is going UP, most likely many multiples of his buy price within 10 years.
Honestly at this point for MYR holders an all scrip offer from PMV would be the ideal outcome but I severely doubt Sol would let that happen, cash means much less to him than a slice of his company IMO.
Either way the board must be deadset soiling themselves about now LOL
