I'm on both sides of the ledger, being a retailer and also a Landlord, and having talked to My Insurance Broker, Insurance Companies are not coming to the #Covid-19 party.
The only scenario outside of this would be if a Retailer or Landlord would have ''specific'' coverage for a quarantine / infectious disease, Highly unlikely for anyone to have such coverage.
