RE YOU SAYING THAT CAN MYR SUBLET??????
I am not too sure either.......as I understand it, it seems like the tenant already paid to the lease.... so has the right to use the premises...... i am confused......but my valuations are too far apart ....can someone assist, and try their method.......SP is far away from calculations......
