I'll start this by saying that I like Myer. It's my go to store. If I'm shopping for clothes I go there first. But bloody hell their business frustrates me.
Ok so we have the coronavirus and they have (wisely IMO) closed the stores. They encourage everyone to use their online store. I really like these simple Industrie T-shirts. They are my staple. Fit well, wear well. Love them. I can walk into any Myer store and buy a few replacements if I need them. They're always fully stocked. Go to the online site today to order a couple and they are out of stock in my size and most other sizes in most colours! How the hell does that happen? They might be out of stock at the warehouse but they have shops full of them. IMO they should have nothing out of stock at the moment. If you order something and its out of stock at the warehouse get it from a store and ship it out!
FFS management get up with the times. There are businesses jumping over each other out there to provide an amazing shopping experience and you are stuck in the dark ages.
